IBEW Local 103 Member to run for Quincy City Council

All day event

On Tuesday December 16 2008 the Norfolk Labor Council and the Quincy & South Shore BuildingTrades Council voted to endorse and support Union brother Marty Aikens bid for the Ward 1, Quincy City Council seat.
Marty is a long time active member of IBEW Local 103. His addition to the Quincy City Council would bring much needed support for the cause of all the working men and woman of the city.
As many of you know we have not received the same level of support from the current administration as we had from previous administrations. This makes our work with the City Council more important than ever. With the addition of Marty to the City Council our quest to improve the lives of our members will be a little easier.
We realize that it has been a long election cycle and many of you are taking a much needed and deserved rest, but on the local front the fight continues. It is essential we elect Marty to this seat!
Please join us in showing our support us for Marty at a fundraising breakfast:
